This Saturday Oh So Sweet - Honey!

This week we are featuring Honey and everything you wanted to know about it, besides how yummy it is!  Many of us don’t know that there is a difference between processed honey and raw honey, find out about the benefits of raw honey as well as try some great products.  It is actually a nutritious and enzymatic food to add to your diet.
There has also been a lot written this year about the health of the bees, and Burt’s Bee Co has some great articles and some pro-active projects to support the bee populations. If you're interested in learning more, please check it out at www.burtsbee.com under their community tab you will see you can get some free wild flower seeds as well.
